The love to bounce starts at a very young age, we start jumping in the crib and later we learn to love the feeling of weightlessness at the top of the bounce. These classes will teach children control on the trampoline which translates into strength, fitness and most importantly safety. The best part is that it is so much FUN! | | |

| Cheer Tumbling ( Ages 12 Years & Up) | | Age: 11½ to 17 Yrs | | | If your goal is to improve or build your tumbling skills, then this is the class for you. A certified instructor will teach you strength, flexibility and tumbling drills. The focus of the program is to learn to tumble in a safe and progressive manner. Beginner to advanced level girls and boys are welcome. | | |
