This teen freestyle class gives participants the opportunity to utilize the specialized equipment available at our facility to develop movement skills from a basic to an advanced level. Trampoline, street gymnastics, and safe landing skills will be the focus. An instructor will guide participants through the fundamentals that are necessary to pursue advanced acrobatics, free-running skills, and freestyle gymnastics!!
This class is also an opportunity for participants to practice parkour, or free-running. This is one of the latest trends in urban fitness, acrobatics, and movement. It comprises refined and efficient movement skills. The object is to move across, around, over and under objects in an urban landscape as efficiently as possible using a wide variety of locomotor, acrobatic and physical movement skills.
